Dr. Hanks graduated from the University of Tennessee Vet School in 2012 and is originally from Henderson, Tennessee. She enjoys spending time with her son, Beau, and their three dogs; Scoobert, Sprocket, and Carter.

Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is that no two days are alike, other than happy pets. Dr. Hanks' interests include ophthalmology, internal medicine, surgery, and ultrasonography.
