Dr. Dixon is a 1985 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.  He has served in the past years as a board member for the Animal Emergency Center, PetMed Emergency Center, and University of Tennessee's College of Veterinarian Medicine.

He enjoys fly fishing and traveling with his wife, Mary Karen. They have three grown children, two border collies, and three cats. Dr. Dixon's interests include diagnostic ultrasound, radiology, and internal medicine.
